Core to the mission of the Youth Leadership Association is the development of youth-led, school and community focused chapters.

Our chapters engage our members by creating year-round learning and service opportunities in their local communities. A YLA Chapter can be developed through a school, youth group, service organization, or even a local city hall. They are adult-guided but youth-led, and provide opportunities for teens to make a difference through their own leadership, talents, and ideas. 

YLA Chapters are eligible for discounted rates on our programs, extra-hands on training for our programs, and even awards through our Honor YLA system.
